Started with a single espresso machine and a stubborn belief that Chula Vista deserved better coffee.

Benny Beans didn't begin as a plan. It began as a frustration — with burnt coffee, rushed service, and shops that treated customers like transactions. So we opened our doors on H Street with a simple promise: treat every cup like it's for someone you know.

Today, that promise looks like regulars who greet us by name, pastries that disappear by noon, and a space where the Wi-Fi is fast but the conversations are faster. We're still small. We're still local. And we're still figuring out how to make tomorrow's coffee even better than today's.
